Applicable laws: General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

1. Data we collect

• Purchase & contact data: name, email, billing details, order information, support requests.

• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

• Technical/usage data: IP address, browser, time zone, pages visited, and cookies (see Cookies Policy).

2. Purposes & legal bases

• Deliver digital products and services – performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

• Customer support & fraud prevention – legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

• Legal and accounting compliance – legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

• Marketing communications (optional) – consent (Art. 6.1.a). You may withdraw at any time.
  

3. Payments (Stripe)

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment information and may carry out fraud prevention checks. Stripe may transfer data outside the EEA using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We receive limited metadata (amount, date/time, last 4 digits) for reconciliation and support.

4. Data sharing

We only share data with service providers essential to operate this site (hosting, analytics, email, payments). These providers act as processors under contract and only according to our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

If providers are outside the EEA, we use lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.

6. Retention periods

• Purchase & billing records: kept as required by tax/accounting laws (usually up to 6 years).

• Support queries: up to 24 months after resolution.

• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

You have the right to request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, data minimization). No method is 100% secure.

Our products are intended for adults and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
